Kein Tag vergeht ohne eine Eilmeldung in der steht, dass es neue Patente gibt, die es nochmal von der Justiz zu überprüfen gelte. Heute stand ja ein weiteres finales Urteil am Düsseldorfer Landgericht in Sachen “never ending story” zwischen Apple und Samsung an. Die Design veränderte Version des 10.1 Zoll großem anDROID Tablet darf nun weiterhin trotz angestrebten Eilverfahren von Apple für ein europaweites Verkaufsverbot, in Deutschland veräußert werden.
