Glücklicherweise ist es schon etwas länger her, seit wir das letzte Mal von einer größeren Patentsache berichten musste. Meistens geht es da ja darum, dass Hersteller X sein geistiges und patentiertes Eigentum von Hersteller Y verletzt sieht. In der Regel war das auf der einen Seite Apple und auf der anderen Seite Samsung. Nur brechen langsam die so wichtigen Patente unter Apples Fittichen weg.
