Mit dem Pages Manager bringt Facebook eine neue iPhone-App heraus, die speziell auf die Administration von Firmenseiten zugeschnitten ist. Facebook hatte zum Redaktionsschluss dieser Meldung noch keine offiziellen Informationen über die App, die Nachricht darüber kam zuerst vom Blog 9to5mac. Inzwischen ist die App zumindest in Australien und Neuseeland über den dortigen iTunes App Store erhältlich.

Chinas Administration of Industry and Commerce has started confiscating any iPads it finds for sale after the verdict of the Apples court case with Proview, reports DigiCha.

The Federal Aviation Administration doesnt allow Kindles and iPads to be on during takeoffs and landings over the issue of possible interference with aircraft navigation or communication systems. A visit to a testing lab shed light on whether a hazard really exists.
