Die congstar UMTS Geschwindigkeit ist nicht überragend, wenn man bedenkt, dass der Anbieter das schnelle D-Netz nutzt. Mit 384 kbit/s (Downstream) und 32 kbit/s (Upstream) sorgt sie zwar für eine angemessene Übertragungsrate, ist aber weniger für ein wirklich schnelles Surfen geeignet.
