Der Notizdienst Evernote hat die populäre iPad-App Penultimate für einen bislang unbekannten Preis übernommen, nachdem die Firma bereits im letzten August die Skitch-App aufkaufte. Penultimate-Nutzer brauchen jedoch nicht beunruhigt zu sein, denn das Ganze wird als Standalone-App erhalten bleiben und der Penultimate-Guru Ben Zotto wird einfach künftig bei Evernote arbeiten.
